Welcome to Bader. By using our application, you are participating in a nationwide movement to rebuild Syria. These terms govern your use of the platform.
أهلاً بك في بادر. باستخدامك لتطبيقنا، فإنك تشارك في حركة وطنية لإعادة بناء سوريا. تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك للمنصة.
1. Content & Posting Regulations
1. أنظمة المحتوى والنشر
To maintain a productive environment, all users must adhere to the following rules when creating initiatives:
- No Political Content: Discussions and activities must focus on community service, not political agendas.
- No Discrimination: Zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, or exclusion based on background.
- Community Good: Activities must serve charitable, educational, or national development purposes.
- Accuracy: You must provide truthful information about locations, requirements, and completion reports.
- لا محتوى سياسي: يجب أن تركز النقاشات والأنشطة على الخدمة المجتمعية، وليس الأجندات السياسية.
- لا تمييز: عدم التسامح مطلقاً مع خطاب الكراهية أو التحرش أو الإقصاء.
- الصالح العام: يجب أن تخدم الأنشطة الأغراض الخيرية أو التعليمية أو التنموية الوطنية.
- الدقة: يجب تقديم معلومات صادقة حول المواقع والمتطلبات وتقارير الإنجاز.
2. Child Safety Standards & Zero Tolerance for CSAE
2. معايير سلامة الأطفال (عدم التسامح مطلقاً مع استغلال الأطفال)
Bader (developed by Unique Pixel Studio) has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our platform safe. Any user found uploading, sharing, or promoting CSAM, or engaging in any form of child exploitation or endangerment, will have their account immediately and permanently terminated. We will actively preserve evidence and report such violations to the relevant law enforcement authorities and international organizations. If you encounter any child safety concerns within the app, you must immediately use the in-app reporting mechanism or contact our designated child safety point of contact directly at support@badersyria.com.
تتبنى منصة بادر (المطورة بواسطة Unique Pixel Studio) سياسة صارمة بعدم التسامح مطلقاً مع الاستغلال أو الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAE) أو نشر مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAM). نحن ملتزمون بالحفاظ على سلامة منصتنا. أي مستخدم يتبين قيامه برفع أو مشاركة أو ترويج CSAM، أو التورط في أي شكل من أشكال استغلال الأطفال أو تعريضهم للخطر، سيتم إنهاء حسابه فوراً وبشكل دائم. سنقوم بحفظ الأدلة وإبلاغ السلطات المختصة والمنظمات الدولية المعنية عن هذه الانتهاكات. إذا واجهت أي مخاوف تتعلق بسلامة الأطفال داخل التطبيق، يجب عليك فوراً استخدام آلية الإبلاغ داخل التطبيق أو التواصل مباشرة مع نقطة الاتصال المخصصة لسلامة الأطفال عبر البريد الإلكتروني support@badersyria.com.

Bader is a matching platform; we do not verify the identity of every user or the safety of every site. You exercise caution when meeting new people or visiting unfamiliar locations. Bader is not liable for physical harm or financial losses resulting from user interactions or scams.
بادر هي منصة ربط؛ نحن لا نتحقق من هوية كل مستخدم أو سلامة كل موقع. يجب عليك توخي الحذر عند مقابلة أشخاص جدد أو زيارة مواقع غير مألوفة. بادر غير مسؤولة عن الضرر الجسدي أو الخسائر المالية الناتجة عن تفاعلات المستخدمين أو عمليات الاحتيال.

The points, ranks, and leaderboard placements within the app are for recognition of effort. We reserve the right to audit and remove points obtained through fraudulent activity or fake initiative reports. Verified certificates are based on your self-reported history as confirmed by community feedback.
النقاط والرتب والمراكز في لوحة الصدارة مخصصة لتقدير الجهود. نحتفظ بالحق في تدقيق وإزالة النقاط التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال نشاط احتيالي أو تقارير مبادرات وهمية. تعتمد الشهادات الموثقة على تاريخك المبلغ عنه ذاتياً كما أكده تفاعل المجتمع.
5. Liability Limitation

Bader provides the digital infrastructure only. We are not responsible for the success, failure, or legality of individual volunteering initiatives. Use of the service is "as is" and at your own risk.
توفر بادر البنية التحتية الرقمية فقط. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن نجاح أو فشل أو قانونية المبادرات التطوعية الفردية. استخدام الخدمة يكون "كما هي" وعلى مسؤوليتك الخاصة.

Violations of our posting regulations or harmful behavior will result in immediate suspension and loss of points/rank.
