1. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must be at least 16 years old to use Bader. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

2. User Conduct & Content

Bader is a platform for positive community action. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful. You are solely responsible for the content you post, including volunteering initiatives. By posting content, you grant us a license to display it within the app.
بادر هي منصة للعمل المجتمعي الإيجابي. أنت توافق على عدم نشر أي محتوى غير قانوني أو يحض على الكراهية أو التمييز أو يكون ضارًا. أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن المحتوى الذي تنشره، بما في ذلك المبادرات التطوعية. بنشر المحتوى، فإنك تمنحنا ترخيصًا لعرضه داخل التطبيق.
3. Our Role as a Platform

Bader provides a platform to connect volunteers with opportunities. We do not organize, endorse, or take responsibility for the initiatives created by users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. Your participation in any activity is at your own risk.
توفر بادر منصة لربط المتطوعين بالفرص المتاحة. نحن لا ننظم أو نؤيد أو نتحمل المسؤولية عن المبادرات التي ينشئها المستخدمون. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن سلوك أي مستخدم، سواء عبر الإنترنت أو خارجه. مشاركتك في أي نشاط تكون على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties.

The Bader app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
