This page explains how to request the permanent deletion of your Bader account and all associated data.

How to Request Deletion

كيفية طلب الحذف

To start the process, please send an email from the address associated with your Bader account to:

• Email: support@badersyria.com
• Subject:الموضوع: Account Deletion Request

This is a required security step to verify that you are the owner of the account.

هذه خطوة أمنية مطلوبة للتحقق من أنك مالك الحساب.

What We Will Delete

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete the following information:

عند استلام طلبك والتحقق منه، سنقوم بحذف المعلومات التالية بشكل دائم:

• Your account and personal profile information (name, email, photo, governorate).
• All volunteering activities you have created, including their descriptions, locations, and photos.
• Your history of participation in activities created by others.
• Your collected points and any records on the leaderboard.

• حسابك ومعلومات ملفك الشخصي (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الصورة، المحافظة).
• جميع الأنشطة التطوعية التي أنشأتها، بما في ذلك أوصافها ومواقعها وصورها.
• سجل مشاركاتك في الأنشطة التي أنشأها الآخرون.
• النقاط التي جمعتها وأي سجلات في لوحة الصدارة.

We aim to complete all deletion requests within 30 days of verification.
